Life is not easy, especially for this time in humanity’s history. It can take tremendous effort sometimes to just get through the day. The forces that work upon us are many and are both light and dark. We may be alone in this struggle or have people around us who really do not understand us, or openly oppose all evolutionary growth within us. We may feel alone in this world, yet the truth is, we are never alone. We are energetically connected to every created thing and to the Creator.

In our Universe we live in a vibrating system where everything vibrates according to its’ mass. When the mass is increased the frequency decreases. Human beings work in this way. We vibrate out our energetic signatures that are made up of our thoughts, our life experiences, our ancestral history, and our physical body.As we learn to care for our bodies with exercise and nutritious foods, releasing toxic emotions and beliefs, and cleansing our ancestral history, we begin to vibrate at a much higher frequency and become lighter. As we fill with more light, the easier our lives become.

According to Universal Laws, what we vibrate out is what we attract back. The Universe does not care that what we may be vibrating out is harmful to us. It sends back like vibrations and then creates the form of what we sent out. This is the law of Cause and Effect, reaping what we sow, like attracts like. Most of the time we are unaware of the vibrations we are sending out, yet if we need to change our circumstances then we need to send out more empowering vibrations. This can be done by increasing our self-awareness and using energy healing to create more light within our bodies. On this website you will learn how to create a higher vibration for yourself.
